Housing, Dining & ID Card Services

The Residence Life Office (RLO) takes extraordinary care in pairing first-year roommates. You will receive an email with a link to a housing preference form. Roommate and room assignments will be emailed during the summer.

Each student is issued a CatCard, a photo-ID card that provides access to buildings on campus, meals, and access to many Ë®¹ûÅÉ College services. Photos should meet the required specifications and be submitted electronically or by physical mail.

Dining Services focuses on nutrition, variety, freshness, and sustainability. Meal plans offer convenient pre-paid dining at a variety of campus locations. First-year students are required to participate in the All Access Unlimited Plan.

In the spring, you will receive an email or text from Technology & Innovation (T&I) to claim your Ë®¹ûÅÉ account & email—where you'll receive important communications. Before getting to campus, get a head start on setting up your technology by using T&I's guide so you can get access to Moodle, campus printing, and more.

Banner Self-Service is the password-protected student portal. As a first step, sign in and complete the New Student Information Form to ensure your contact details are up to date. Your bill for student charges will be posted in July for the fall semester.

Students may grant parent and other key people Proxy access to your 1098T tax form and Financial Aid award.  Your Nelnet Authorized Payer can view your student account details, make payments and set up a payment plan.  Learn how to authorize your Proxy and Authorized Payers of choice.

Many students seek employment during their time at Ë®¹ûÅÉ. Begin by setting up a profile in Handshake and apply to open positions. Once you're hired, make sure you gather all required HR documentation to bring to campus.

International Student Engagement (ISE) provides support and advisory services for the college's international community, including a required pre-orientation for all international students.

Moving In Day

First-year students will be assigned a move-in date and time. Check-in will happen at the same time and location as move-in. Refer to "What to Bring" as you plan your packing list.

Campus Resources

Ë®¹ûÅÉ Bound Car Parking

Students must register their vehicle with the Ë®¹ûÅÉ College Police Department within 48 hours of arriving on campus. Parking permits will be sent through campus mail. A Ë®¹ûÅÉ login is required for the vehicle registration online form.

Students are required to register their bikes. A Ë®¹ûÅÉ login is required for the bike registration online form. Registration is free, and registration stickers will be sent to you through your campus mailbox.

With the aim of creating equitable access to the full Ë®¹ûÅÉ experience for all students, Lula Bell's offers food, professional and winter clothing, and textbooks, at no cost, to all Ë®¹ûÅÉ students.

An Activities Fair is held at the beginning of the fall semester where registered student organizations introduce themselves to prospective members. It is a great way to learn more about a lot of organizations in one setting.

The AADR Office provides academic support to any student seeking to improve their academic performance and supports students with disabilities to provide equal access to the college’s campus, services, programs and activities.

The Matthews Center for Career Development provides services, programs and opportunities that allow you to explore how your academic and personal interests relate to future professional opportunities. Students are encouraged to visit and take advantage of the center beginning in their first year.
