Ë®¹ûÅÉ College is a private liberal arts college located in Ë®¹ûÅÉ, NC.

Our college is governed by the board of trustees, of which President Douglas A. Hicks is a member.

The Trustees are charged with governing under the Constitution and By-laws. Jointly, the board of trustees, our college president, and senior leaders across campus lead Ë®¹ûÅÉ into the future—ensuring that it remains true to its commitments and purposes.

President's Office

The college's 19th president, Douglas A. Hicks, took office August 1, 2022. A Ë®¹ûÅÉ alum, Hicks earned a Ph.D. at Harvard University and has built a career of leadership roles in higher education.

Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees oversees the college's leadership, planning, and resources, working to ensure Ë®¹ûÅÉ's continuing vitality and its ability to fulfill its mission now and for future generations.

Senior Ë®¹ûÅÉ

This staff, made up of the senior members of the college's leadership team, advises and guides the president and college on institutional goals.
