NPR: College Reaches High School Students with Digital Tools

NPR-affiliate WFAE's Lisa Worf takes a look at Ë®¹ûÅÉ Next, a Ë®¹ûÅÉ College initiative that aims to supplement AP instruction with online modules designed for in-class, blended instruction. Along with partners including the College Board, edX, 2Revolutions and the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School system, and with a grant from the Laura and John Arnold Foundation, Ë®¹ûÅÉ Next is creating AP content and piloting instructional techniques in high schools.

In the fall, Ë®¹ûÅÉ Next's materials will be available for free to AP students and teachers worldwide in three initial subjects: AP Calculus, AP Physics and AP Macroeconomics.
