The Chidsey Program for Ë®¹ûÅÉ Development prepares Ë®¹ûÅÉ students to exercise leadership in ways that positively impact our campus, community, and world.

We believe that leadership is a choice, and that we all have the potential to "lead from where we are." Through our programs, we invite students to discover and step-into their capacity for leadership. This supports the Ë®¹ûÅÉ College mission to prepare students for lives of leadership and service.

Ë®¹ûÅÉ Fellows Program

The Ë®¹ûÅÉ Fellows Program is the signature program of the Center, bringing together 48 students to expand their capacity for leadership.

The Chidsey Program hosts a semi-annual leadership lecture event, conferences and special workshops for all students to participate and be exposed to leadership education and development.
